About this role
We're looking for a driven Partner Marketing Manager to deliver Planday's partner led growth motion across the UK and Europe.
You'll plan and run campaigns with integration partners and affiliates, turning our partner ecosystem into a measurable source of pipeline and revenue.
You'll work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product, and RevOps. You'll own delivery of partner marketing programmes, working within the strategy and framework set by the Head of Partner Marketing.
Partner programme delivery
• Deliver the partner marketing plan for your partners, in line with regional GTM and growth objectives.
• Run the Planday partner programme day to day, from planning and activation to measurement and optimisation.
• Work with Partnerships, Sales, Product, and RevOps to keep partner activity tied to referral, pipeline and revenue goals.
• Identify gaps, risks, and ideas to improve the programme, and feed them back into the wider strategy.
Integration partner marketing
• Plan and run joint campaigns with integration partners, such as payroll, POS, accounting, and software partners.
• Deliver joint marketing activity, including webinars, content, case studies, and in market events, to generate awareness and qualified referrals.
• Report regularly on partner sourced and partner influenced pipeline, showing each partner's contribution to revenue.
Affiliate growth and enablement
• Run and grow the marketing supported affiliate lead generation programme, so it delivers consistent, high quality leads.
• Deliver campaigns to recruit, engage, and activate affiliates, and give them the tools and content to succeed.
• Work with RevOps to make sure affiliate tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate.
• Test new channels and creative approaches to improve affiliate performance and ROI.
Performance and optimisation
• Track campaign results and share insights to improve performance and partner collaboration.
• Trial new joint marketing formats and incentives to increase engagement and conversions.
• Report regularly on pipeline contribution, partner engagement, and ROI.
What you’ll bring with you
• Experience: 4+ years in B2B marketing, including 2+ years in partner or ecosystem marketing within SaaS or technology.
• Delivery: A track record of running joint marketing and affiliate programmes from brief to results.
• Planning: Ability to turn a clear strategy and business goals into campaign plans with measurable outcomes.
• Collaboration: Skilled at working with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and RevOps to get things done.
• Data: Confident using data to guide decisions, improve campaigns, and explain results.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, and comfortable presenting to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (SFMC), affiliate software, and analytics tools.
