• Discretionary company bonus

• Annual Training Allowance: Receive support for certifications and professional development.

• Birthday Leave: Enjoy a day off on your birthday to celebrate.

• Team Outings & Events: Be part of a collaborative and social team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Ownership

• Own and evolve the front-end architecture for DigiTickets’ core platforms (web, mobile, and POS).

• Drive improvements in front-end performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

• Establish and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.

• Champion modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and tooling.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Translate product and UX requirements into robust, user-friendly technical solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the UX/UI and Product teams to ensure a cohesive user experience across platforms.

• Work with back-end teams to align API integration and interface logic.

• Provide input into feature planning, release management, and product roadmap discussions.

Code Quality & Standards

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing frameworks, and documentation practices.

• Implement and maintain automated front-end testing pipelines (unit, integration, E2E).

• Conduct regular code reviews and performance audits.

Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate technical progress, risks, and blockers to internal stakeholders.

• Work with Support, Sales, and Client Services to assist with technical queries and demos when required.

• Provide visibility into front-end priorities and status across departments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with 1+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.

• Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular), with a strong preference for Vue.js.

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design best practices.

• Experience working with design systems and scalable UI architecture.

• Solid understanding of performance optimisation, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.

• Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable

• Experience working with SaaS products, ticketing, or eCommerce platforms.

• Familiarity with backend integration using GraphQL.
