Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) - Promotion & Events with a passion for aviation

As Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you will be a central interface between brand strategy, communications, promotion, events and business development. You will shape the external perception of AutoGyro, strengthen the positioning of our brand and products, and create exceptional experiences for customers, partners and other relevant stakeholders.

Your focus lies on strategic marketing communications, PR, brand development, promotion and events. You combine strategic thinking with a strong sense of aesthetics, premium positioning and commercial awareness.

Tasks

• Drive the implementation of the strategic vision and objectives defined by the Head of Sales & Marketing

• Development and implementation of marketing and communications activities in line with the overall business strategy

• Strengthening and further development of the AutoGyro brand and its positioning in relevant markets

• Development and implementation of PR, media relations and brand storytelling activities

• Planning and execution of promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and market presence

• Conceptualization and execution of premium events, trade shows, customer experiences and other promotional activities

• Development of compelling brand experiences and experiential marketing concepts such as “The Art of Flying”

• Identification and development of relevant partnerships, cooperation opportunities and business development initiatives

• Management of awards submissions and other opportunities to increase brand visibility

• Development of merchandising concepts and a consistent, premium-oriented brand environment

• Acting as a brand ambassador and spokesperson in selected channels and at relevant events

• Supporting the Head of Sales at official events, customer meetings, international appointments and other external activities

• Close collaboration with Sales and other internal stakeholders on brand, communication and business development topics

• Monitoring relevant market, luxury, lifestyle and aviation trends and translating insights into marketing and business opportunities

• Supporting the development of communication materials, campaigns and content across relevant channels

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Media, Business or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience in marketing, communications, PR, events or a comparable field

• Strong expertise in Brand Communication, PR, Storytelling and promotional activities

• Experience in event management and the creation of engaging customer experiences

• Strong understanding of brand development and commercial positioning

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English

• Confident and professional appearance when representing the company externally

• Creative mindset combined with strong organizational and project management skills

• Structured, independent and hands-on working style with a high sense of quality

• Willingness to travel for customer events, trade shows and official appointments

• Experience in luxury, premium brands, aviation, lifestyle or high-end technical products is a strong plus

• Experience in business development, strategic partnerships or merchandising is a plus

Application Task

• Social Media Post: Create a fictional social media post for a platform of your choice promoting AutoGyro’s participation as an exhibitor at a major international trade fair. The objective is to attract attention, generate interest and encourage visitors to visit the AutoGyro booth.

• Video Reel: Create a short video reel, e.g. for Instagram, that conveys the beauty and fascination of flying in an emotional way and presents the AutoGyro brand in a visually appealing manner.
