• Conduct interviews and workshops with senior business, operations and technology stakeholders.

• Facilitate discussions to gather requirements, validate findings and build consensus.

• Present recommendations confidently to Executive Directors, Managing Directors and senior programme sponsors.

• Collaborate across multiple teams and geographies to drive alignment.

Business Analysis & Transformation Delivery

• Gather and analyse information from SMEs, documentation and existing processes.

• Assess operational workflows, manual interventions, control environments and technology impacts.

• Support prioritisation of initiatives based on business value, investment requirements and delivery dependencies.

• Help define transformation opportunities and associated business cases.

Required Experience:

Essential

• Significant experience within Financial Services Consulting, Strategy, Transformation or Change Management.

• Proven experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models.

• Strong operations transformation experience within large banking environments.

• Exceptional executive communication and strategic storytelling capabilities.

• Strong PowerPoint development and executive presentation skills.

• Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders at Director, MD or C-suite level.

• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder interviewing experience.

• Strong analytical and business analysis skills.

• Experience developing transformation roadmaps and business cases.

• Ability to work independently within small, high-performing teams.

Preferred

• Experience within Payments, Transaction Banking, Operations or Wholesale Banking environments.

• Understanding of operational risk, process optimisation and organisational design.

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience supporting large-scale strategic transformation programmes.

Why Join Delta Capita?

• Work on a high-profile transformation programme within a leading global banking environment.
